Even if he doesn't understand the words. I think there should be a constitutional amendment where a president elect is required to read out loud the Constitution in its entirety at least one time.

*If convicted of a felony, your right to vote must have been restored.

I think every citizen should read the Constitution (but, of course, not be forced to do so). Hell, I've read the U.S. Constitution front to back over 50 times. I can tell you whatever you need to know about it.

It's not difficult. The Constitution comprises the Rules of our country. It might take you 20 minutes to read.

Isn't it amazing that these Democrat Liberals don't know anything about the Constitution, and imagine it's this document that "a President should read."

If OP attempted irony, I can assure him/her that Trump has read the Constitution, because he was educated in the 1950s and 1960s.

Today, the Democrat Party eschews the Constitution, and doesn't teach it to the children. My Fairfax County educated son learned more about Rosa Parks than he did about Thomas Edison.
