can you sue for not paying a bet?

can you sue someone for not paying a bet? Someone owes me $500 dollars because we make a bet who was going to win the election. He didn't pay me yet. I have a sceenshot of him saying he was going to pay me and it was a an agreement. CAN i SUE HIM?

Unless you have some proof of such agreement, like something on paper with a signature stating the amount, then really you are shit out of luck. Best you can do is go to his house with a mossberg and demand payment.

I think this would be a huge problem with your money, since all that things are requires a lot of money. So if you have problems with your money I think that you can find a way out without getting any debts and the idea is about gambling online on casino. By the way personally I play with my friends in sbobet88 which gives me a possibility to win a great amount of money that helps to stabilize my family. So I think this is an option for me.
