This is probably the case. They somehow got Comey to send that letter, when he knew that you arent supposed to put anything put out within 60 days of an election. This way he looks good if Trump gets elected also. It might be meant to distract from the Wikileaks drops coming monday.
I highly doubt they would have left any sensitive emails that they had scrubbed before on Humas laptop. They know that all the emails are ones that have already been seen by the FBi and it will keep them busy looking through the 650,000 emails. Hillary would not have come up with this though, you give her too much credit.
Supposedly many in the FBI are revolting. It will be interesting to see what happens. Hillary will go down, and if she does manage to win the election we are screwed.
