AFAIK, Fairfax County makes you do 50% of your jail time if you're well behaved, so he'll be serving 90 days of his 180 day sentence.
When he gets out depends on when he started serving his sentence. If he's been in jail since 7/31, he'll be out in time to celebrate Drunkoween.
If he started serving on 9/14 and does half time, he'll miss Drunksgiving, but still be on the streets in time to have a very merry Drunkmas.

The authorities have decided to lock up EVERYONE from FFU.
They've got FD and lizzie, had eesh briefly, and are working on nabbing miz and the Hambeast at present.

You're a moron, plain and simple. It's Virginia law, not Fairfax County, that mandates you serve 50% on misdemeanor and 85% on felony time. Nike Cutts was convicted of felony DWI w/injury, so he is serving 85% of whatever sentence he received (felony sentences run from 1 to 5 years each)..

Yeah, if you check Vine Link, it shows he has been released. If you check Virginia's inmate locator, it shows he is still in Fairfax ADC. I guess they use different databases.

Oh, and in case anyone was wondering about friskydingo's victim in the DUI accident, here was a pic of the aftermath. Needless to say, frisky got off easily.

According to Vine, Michael Cutts is not currently incarcerated in Virginia. Maybe somebody can check the other 49 states, DC, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, etc.
