Poll: Did you vote for Obama? Do you still support him? Will he be a two-term President?
Posted by: b ray ()

Seems there has been a lot of talk lately about Obama's approval and support among Dems. Brings to mind a few questions:

1. Did you vote for him?

2. Do you still support him?

3. Will he be a one-term or two-term President?

1. No (I was out of the country on my honeymoon and didn't get the absentee ballot in time), but I would have

2. Yes but starting to have second thoughts as Obama has disappointed on many issues.

3. I would say one term except for the fact that the GOP has no clear challenger. If things continue to go south for Obama I think Clinton will see the blood in the water and challenge Obama again... and win

Depends on the challenger. If the Republicans get their heads out of their asses and nominate Romney, Obama might be a one-termer. If, as I expect, they nominate Palin, Obama will win re-election in a landslide.

3. It will depend on the economy. If things are looking good in 2012 Obama will be re-elected without problem. If things go to shit again and stay there until the election he won't.

3. Two term president; I think people will see he needs more time to unfuck what Bush left behind. The nation's problems are too great to be solved in four years.

Yes, I still support him. Ask me this again in 2011.
I think he will be a two-term President.

Hmmm. Interesting. A "former" hick voted for O'Bama. I suppose non-reformed hicks (I am one) didn't vote for O'Bama

I think he will be a two-term because they voters will dump a boatload of Democrats in the House and Senate, but keep Obama for balance. The only things I see changing that is the economy getting SO bad that it is obvious all his plans sucked, or the Republicans coming up with some dark horse candidate that everyone goes to as a centrist with average religious beliefs.

Yes, because of Palin.

No, but I never did. He's a politician.

No. The honeymoon is quickly ending, and even Vince (who shot a load in his panties every time Obama gave a speech) is taking exception to the things he's doing.

Obama was elected by the real majority in this country, a demographic that transcends gender, race, religion, and background: the Stupid.

To be fair though, had McCain been elected, the majority would have been the Fucking Retarded.

When are you people going to learn that we no longer have leaders, just politicians?

Depends if GOP gets its act together. Romney and Palin could help by bowing out.

The country has always been run by politicians. It's circumstances that determine whether or not they become leaders.

Most likely one term.

Conservatives don't like him and now he is alienating the far left. The expanded war in Afghanistan, along with the inevitable tax increases on the middle class to fund his programs (that he vowed not to do) will be his downfall.

The Republicans will have to get their act together though, and find a candidate that appeals to moderates, while still appealing to the evangelical faction. Not easy.
