DOC has still not determined her release date. It must be hell for Monique to ask "when am I getting out?" and the only answer is "we don't know."

It's true; she has no internet, but she has plenty of cellmates to yack with 24/7. That's even better than posting on FFU, whose other participants could easily just ignore mo (and most did).
So, lizzie has found her place in life. She has discipline, structure, three hots and a cot, and plenty of comrades who can relate to her on her level.
Once she gets out, if she doesn't automatically fuck up somehow and get thrown back into the joint, she wil probably deliberately do something to get reconvicted so she can return home.

None of us really know the truth about what happened that dark day. I think instigated the event in the hope that either mo would get arrested, or better yet mo would make a wrong move against the police and get killed. He was probably also thinking he could sue mo's parents for damages.
