anyone know why miz spazzed out today? Was it a random occurence, or did something happen? (lizzie won't answer his letters, Leisers demanded payment, eesh isn't sending money, mom messed up his PYBR, tootguy disowned him, etc.)

Yeah, eesh had a really tough time doing his 28 day stretch in a Loudoun County lockup. So much so that it almost broke his will. eesh can handle a 5-7 day trip to a low level booty house but after 10 days it gets really tough for him. Things were looking really bleak for him after he posted about a dead cat and had the parking lot horn honking incident.
It got so bad that I actually formally declared the war over saying that eesh had suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of William Moreno. Can't say much has changed with has $1.4 million judgement against him the Morenos/Leiser will be dragging his ass to court for years to come and he might even have a couple more trips to the booty house in store for him if he doesn't pay what the judge ordered him to pay.
Still, when you've been to the bottom like eesh has, every day on the outside is a win. Especially when lizzie is in jail.

The war will continue for years. Apart from eesh, the Morenos have made a fair number of enemies. The only things Miz stands to win are a few ounces of lead or maybe an axe embedded in his skull. William also potentially has some criminal charges he could be jailed for.

This will likely backfire as no actual porn was found on eesh's computers. Names of websites in a browser history are not evidence of porn and don't even prove the site was actually visited.
Furthermore, the Morenos and Sensei signed a non-disclosure agreement. Sensei was only supposed to be looking for specific evidence to support the Moreno's lawsuit. More importantly, the Morenos did not have permission to publish any details of the examination.
This could be a big lawsuit that the Morenos would certainly lose. It could lead to possible contempt charges for the Morenos as well.

Where are you getting this information that she has court today? I would be interested to go and report back on Lizzie's weight gain or loss. However she has no cased for today listed on the General District Court site. There is nothing on the docket for her in Fairfax County, Fairfax City, or Loudoun Co. until June 15. Is it somewhere else?
I guess it would be easy to just look around for little kids running away from Miz and Chris Tator, they should be easy to spot, LOL.

Come Monday she will have completed 7 months. Too bad she'll still be held until mid-June at a minimum. Best case scenario, provided the Courtroom Reporter is right about the trial date, is that she beats the Malicious wounding and brandishing a firearm charges in June and the assault on the CO charges are dropped.
If by some miracle that happens we could see her back some time in late June. That would require a few small miricles and IMO is highly unlikely. But you never know.

Curley was a witness to WHAT? And if he was indeed a witness, why didn't he have lizzie busted the minute she began fucking with him online? David Trinnes, in his infinite desire to bilk the Morenos out of money, tried to convince them that George should be subpoenaed for a deposition. The Morenos declined, as their last experience with a deposition left them rather traumatized.
TJ and William Moreno were almost convicted of contempt of court that day, as deputies had to break up a fight between the two. TJ was outside waiting to be called as a witness when William started limping towards him waiving his cane (which he only uses when he needs a handicapped parking spot.)
William likes antagonizing people when he thinks he is in the safety of the court. Besides trying to pick fights with teenagers, he likes to stare and grit his teeth at persons enjoying their lunch, and cry angrily after brutal cross examination. Fortunately, certain people have greater self restraint than teenagers, and would rather laugh internally at how much terror his physical presence causes a family.
