In other news, eesh doesn't show up to court Monday to schedule his motion to set aside the jury verdict or get a new trial. Since it's now the 24th and you need to go to court just to schedule a motion to be heard in Loudoun, it looks like the jury verdict will be finalized on the 31st. As for the chapter 7 business, eesh has learned a bit about the law from being a professional defendant the past two years, but as far as this goes, he might want to crack the books again and look a little deeper...

Mo's next hearing is Friday, and is for her attack on a guard in jail. It has nothing to do with her 9-11 chimpout. She attacked her stepfather, which is why the case is in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and the reason it's in Fairfax. Miz lives in Loudoun County and is not related to Mo.

I don't believe Miz was the target of Lizzie's alleged altercation for a number of reasons:
- Lizzie has a history of assaulting her stepfather.
- Her stepfather lives in Fairfax.
- The incident happened in Fairfax.
- Miz lives in Sterling.
- The case is in Juvenile & Domestic relations Court which usually implies a family member is involved.
- Miz knows he has to keep on good terms with Lizzie so she will support his war against eesh.
All those things point to it being the stepfather and not Miz. There is no evidence to support Miz being the target, or even Miz being in Fairfax. Everyone knows Miz doesn't venture out of his bedroom.

The birthday is the most important - she was delighted that eesh spent his in jail, couldn't stop crowing about it - this was apparently the epitome of #losing.

I hear you are enjoying a birthday in jail, just as eesh did! Eesh got out a few days after his B'Day; I'm sure you will too! LOL!
We celebrated in your honor. Due to eesh's temporary impecuniousness, we treated him. We had pizza, ribs, fried chicken, and to top it off, a beautiful cake! There was plenty of ale, although cary really did drink too much. Pretty amusing to get a few drinks in him, and then get him going on miz!
Speaking of miz, we did not invite him, although we drove past his house at 02:30 AM and eesh honked the horn twenty five times.
Kris did show up. I guess your obsessive posting of Katie's nudes piqued his curiosity, as he has hooked up with her. He brought her along to your birthday party. They are quite the cute couple!
George Curley appeared briefly, he was frantically taking notes any time somebody spoke of you. So, you have a fan!

Enough fucking Mike O'Meara! For fuck sake, George Bush was the Pres when that last thread started! It dragged on through all the Obama years.
