I don't disagree. That sort of dynamic is not uncommon among criminals, even in organized crime where traditionally there is a lot of loyalty.

Yet despite all the things listed above, Monique Wells was nevertheless an important member of the Moreno Crime Family. Lizzie always had her own agenda, but the Morenos used her to get information on eesh, to manipulate eesh, and to deliver propaganda against him. William himself referred to Monique as his "Propaganda Minister" and she even registered that user name here.

Without the sporadic and shaky alliance he maintained with Monique, William and the Moreno Crime Family's imbecilic jihad would have crashed and burned much sooner.
