Typically not, because the judicial system is designed to avoid putting the victim of a crime on trial. A defendant could potentially use in a claim self-defense but there are many restrictions. On the other hand defendants with a history of arrests and convictions do face prejudice.

Well getting arrested and going to jail for beeping a car horn and impersonating a cat you are pretty sad but in retrospect amusing. Those arrests actually serve to put the entire matter in perspective: it all sprang from a petty Internet spat with one deranged criminal family who went on an imbecilic jihad against eesh.

The financial impact of the whole saga was far greater on the Moreno's family fortunes. They paid $302,849.09 just to the Liesers, in addition to the bills for the investigators. The bankruptcy is not necessarily a big deal. The Leisers were also forced to file bankruptcy. With bankruptcy, the biggest credit score hit is from discharged consumer debt.

Eesh would not be disqualified from holding a security clearance but he hasn't even applied for one at this point. Basl's victory in the adversary proceeding is actually a major accomplishment and was written up in legal journals and law review articles. That 30 days eesh was in jail for beeping his horn and impersonating a dead cat was prior to the trial, not a sentence. The trial more or less just slapped his wrist and let him go.

I think the real joke is on the taxpayers. We paid paid to feed and house eesh for a month because the Moronos got scared when he impersonated their dead cat and beeped his horn.

no the funniest part is that a magistrate didn't give him a bond for beeping and cat posting.

then it got even more hilarious when he went to his bond hearing and it was denied..

it was downright hysterical when he got a bond appeal so damn high his pops had to put up his dead wife's house as collateral!
