We're running out of lizzie material.

Another court case, dealing with her 9/11 chimpout, on I believe Dec 15th. This will probably result in a continuance, as there's no hurry to bring Mo to trial; she may as well kep accumulating 'time served'.

Then in Feb, another court date re: her attack on a jail guard.

So, I think lizzie news items are going to be further and further apart. Once she's sentenced, there'll be nothing to talk about for a long time. unless she gets in even MORE trouble behind bars. Failing that, lizzie may cease to be a topic on this board.


Of course, there is one other factor. As we all know, mr mizery LOATHES the existence of this thread, so one or another of us will bump it every time he rears his fat head. That, if anything, will keep this thread going.

Maybe there is a thread for it already but it was significant. A few things stand out:

1. Miz had been making spordic WHS LAX posts leading up to the episode.
2. He ramped up into full retard for about 2 days, posting day and night.
3. Moreno consistently denied his own identity, yet his posts were clearly written by him or a close family member and included details no one else would know
4. Moreno was obsessed with Meade for some reason, and bumped 30 or so Mead.e threads.
5. The manic posting stopped abruptly, the WSH LAX posts stopped as well.

The Miz mania was a throwback to Moreno's "golden" days of flooding the forum with shit. It's unknown what sparked the mania, but it could have been a conversation with their lawyers in which the Leisers asked for a lot more money, and confirmed the lot-to-non-existent odds of ever getting any return.

In a way it really is unfortunate, lizzie was always the one to provide text messages, letters and whatnot. The really juicy, intimate details. With her being locked up on, it's all very hard to follow. Lots of speculation.

Lizzie did have some talent and her greatest--perhaps-her only lifetime achievement and contribution to humanity will live on forever, thanks to Youtube:

Why would the Morenos be surprised? It's been said repeatedly on here that there would be motion, appeals and counter-suits, and that the legal matters would drag on for at many more years.

It would be fun to see some of Miz/Mo's other victims bring civil suits against the crime duo. Monique may not have any money but the Morenos have a house. Monique was acting with the knowledge of Moreno and using his Internet connection to make most of her posts and attacks. The real Kyle Presnell is also a victim of William Moreno himself.

Lizzie will be released eventually and when that happens we can expect to see more love letters that Moreno sent her in jail.

The fact that miz is not posting almost certainly means he's in the mental hospital. And notice how with lizzie in jail we haven't seen any more pictures of that poor K@tie E@stm@n girl. I doubt William will be attending lizzie's trial. In order to do so he'd have to not only lift up a corner of the covers (which is something he rarely does) but leave the security of the covers altogether.

Initially he was emboldened by his $1.4million judgement in his favor but he's now facing the grim reality that the "reign of terror" is far from over. eesh could fall of the face of the earth tomorrow and miz would still have a host of anonymous online tormentors. That and the fact that Sharon vacuumed up his latest PYBR all but ensures that William will remain under the covers until sometime in January at the earliest.

They didn't kill anyone. Frisky either maimed or seriously injured someone he hit while driving drunk and Monique attacked a corrections officer, maliciously wounded someone and brandished a handgun before that.

William Moreno has been carrying on his own "reign of terror" against numerous people, of whom Kyle Presnell is only the latest.

A Virginia man is dead and two others were seriously injured after a car accident that occurred late Sunday night.

The Maryland State Police say that just before midnight, Roberto Erik Moya, 26, of Herndon Va., was traveling westbound on Route 50 east of Route 54 Mardela Springs when he was hit by another car attempting to make a U-turn.

According to police, Kimberly Jean Wharton, 27, of Salisbury, was coming out of a convenience store near the intersection and was attempting to move over to the left turn lane to make a U-turn when her car and Moya's 2005 Subaru WRX Sti collided. Moya's vehicle rolled over and ejected Moya as well as his passenger, Megan Elizabeth Toohey, 20, of Falls Church, Va.

Moya, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene, police say. Toohey, who also was not wearing a seatbelt, was found in the median and was flow to Shock Trauma in Baltimore for serious but not life-threatening injuries, according to police.

Wharton's vehicle spun out of control and sustained rear end and side damage and a broken axle. Wharton was transported to Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury for non-life threatening injuries.

An investigation is underway into the cause of the accident.

Have you ever heard of "accident reconstruction," "forensic investigation" and "crime scene investigation?" If she had been driving, they would have been able to nail her with forensic evidence.

Thank you for the information. This "accident" is an open cold case in Maryland. Megan Toohey has also been a suspect in Prince George; a fetus was found in a dresser drawer in a motel room Megan Toohey was renting at the time.

When a death is involved, CSI and forensics is always involved. This wasn't some BS break in, where they just dust for prints, moron. If she had been driving, it would have come to light, because Megan isn't some criminal mastermind (have you seen her arrest record?).

There is no way the police would not have been able to figure out who was where in the car. Blood/DNA tests, her injuries and accident reconstruction would have shown whether she was the one driving.

Of course the FBI wasn't called in. This was a small-town accident. The focus of the investigation is on the accident. The matter or who was driving was crucial and when the surviving witness states that the vehicle owner was driving, police did not routinely take DMA samples. Those are expensive and aren't always conclusive in real life cases.
