First off, a judge can impose any sentence he wants. Second, lizzie did not have any prior felony convictions. Third, "everyone knows..." nothing of the sort. If you want to post some actual statistics that might reflect the trend for lizzie's situation go ahead, but each case is unique. It's just speculation unless you saw her sentencing file -- or you were a witness against her at her trial (talking to you, Miz).

Interestingly, it was not eesh but rather TJ/peep who posted many times that lizzie was contacting him. Eesh mentioned once that he had received a letter from lizzie, whereas peep posted several envelopes and was evidently in contact with lizzie via mail and phone calls from jail. Fourth, Katie has been terrorized by the Morenos for years but her father now has a business investment to protect from Miz and lizzie.

It's probably not accurate to characterize an aversion to contact with lizzie as being "scared" of her so much as simply having no reason and no benefit to contacting or posting about her. Nevertheless lizzie is a violent insane felonious Negress with little to lose of her own pathetic life. Like many notorious criminals, Lizzie is entertaining to read about, but no one with any sense would voluntarily seek to have contact with her.

what does having prior felony convictions have to do with anything? being convicted of a felony and then catching another and being convicted of it while already behind bars and NOT getting probation is just stupid. she was already on probation when she was arrested for the first felony.

but it actually WAS posted here via the person who was going to her court cases that she is on probation. but you can search that or call the courts yourself to see that is a fact.

and you are wrong. basl said lizzie had been calling him and he told the hospital to tell her to stop and she did. so why she was just suddenly decide to start again and then to ask to live with him is just stupid. so is asking to live with KATIE of all people dummy.

Yes it was. You can see through the blacked out marks, and the barcode was visible. The addressee was definitely in the 22030-3029 zip code. Maybe it was her next door neighbor on War wick Ave.

The letter was not sent to Miz, Megan, eesh, or peep. Who lives in 22030-3029?
