William seems to be tripping himself up with his lies about Tator Tots, the ferrets, and his claims about who Lizzie is living with. It's gotten him so flustered that he can barely focus on eesh.
An interesting development is that his ill-fated lawsuit has now been exposed as invalid from the outset. William was named as a plaintiff, but it would also be helpful to know where the money came from to pay the Leisers, the Sensei company, filing fees, etc. William could be sued but funds in the OBRA trust are traditionally immune from being taken by a judgment. There could a couple angles however. The enabling legislation for “OBRA 1993” is United States Code, title 42, section 1396p(c)(2)(B)(iv) or 1396p(d), as amended by section 13611(b) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, Public Law 103-66.
Another interesting item is the fact that Sharon encouraged William to swear he was unable to pay for a defense attorney when he made the death threats to eesh. Obviously more interesting if Sharon was also the administrator of the OBRA trust. It begs the question if William had money to fund a civil lawsuit, how did he not have money to pay a criminal defense attorney?
