William Moreno tried to kill himself because of the things posted about him here. Then he had to go to therapy for years according to the lawsuit over this site.

When a reporter wanted to ask William about his alleged pedophilia he "courageously" hid under the covers and instead had his parents do the talking for him. He could have taken the phone and talked to the reporter while still under the covers. He would only have to lift up a tiny corner of the covers for a second while Richard handed him the phone.

Not very courageous if you ask me.

That's kind of the purpose of this thread. Instead of FU ahving to endure 100 lizzie-generated or lizzie-related posts/day, it can all be contained on this one thread, which, assuming lizzie never returns, will eventually drift into the backpages of FU.

Periodically, lizzie will have a court date, and it will be discussed here.
Beyond that, this one thread seems to antagonize miz, which is the main reason folks still post to it.

That was ONE time only. William has a condition and when he goes into a deep depression he needs to hide under the covers until he feels better.

However, in that instance Sharon had messed up William's best PYBR ever. He had spent all day cutting out pictures from the Kids R Us and Osh Kosh catalogs and probably $50 on roses. He made an exception and lifted up a tiny corner of the covers to voice his devastation then promptly retreated back to the security of the covers.

That was a 1 time and 1 time only occurrence. He's not lifting up a corner of the covers to talk to a reporter. Not a chance. Far too risky.

By the time lizzie has her next court date for her latest charge she'll be on day 170 and that's just a preliminary hearing to set up another court date. This is starting to get ridiculous. She may well not see another free day while she's still in her 20's (turns 27 on Jan 25).

Given that she assaulted a CO she's probably in the hole. Doesn't really get any lower in society than that. At that point society has deemed you not even worthy of being in jail. Christmas day in administrative segregation where she has no since of time other than when the guards slip her food in and her hour a day of rec time is almost a certainty for her. Probably gets to shower twice a week. Likely something she looks forward too.

I actually almost feel sorry for her. It's certainly nice to see her put in her place but this may be too much. Although she's a rabid little poo-flinging chimp, she's our rabid little poo-flinging chimp and I doubt we're going to be able to hear her tales of #winning for a long, long time.

She has made enemies in the cage, whom she now must avoid.

She probably just got sent to Western State for an evaluation, and her return was planned. Miz and Chris Askins are no doubt very upset because Western State had more liberal visitation. They could see her twice a week.

Assaulting a law enforcement officer is a class 6 felony. It's the lowest kind of felony and only brings in a max of year in the booty house. This means that it probably won't prolong her jail time as by the time all of her legal mess is sorted out she likely will have exceeded whatever time she's given over this simply awaiting trial. And even if she's convicted on this one her sentence would probably run concurrently with all her other sentences.

It will however all but guarantee that she won't get out of jail until she's either beaten all the charges or served out her sentences. I'd be shocked if lizzie doesn't spend all of 2017 locked up and won't be the slightest bit surprised if she doesn't get out before her 30th birthday.

The outcome of the malicious wounding charge carrying 5-20 punk is what lizzie's future (what little she has left) hinges on.

The Leisers should be able to get her off or some kind of deal.

If she's in the hole, which she probably is given that she assaulted a staff member, than her visitation privileges are likely limited to 1 "no-contact" (meaning she talks on a phone through a glass wall) visit a month with direct family. She would be allowed to see her lawyers and religious figures as well. She would also probably be allowed 1 phone call per month.

Doing some research online into this has not given me any conclusive answers as to VA's rules. But from what I've gleaned she's probably allowed access to some books, magazines or newspapers. Might have a radio. May have been given some of her personal belongings, ie pictures. She might even have a cell mate.

Virginia has an admin step-down program which, over time, increases inmates privileges who are in ad-seg with the ultimate goal of getting lizzie back to gen pop. That's what lizzie's life has been reduced to at this point.

To answer your question; I doubt lizzie will be seeing kanles or pedo for a good while.

There's no way to get accurate infomration about what lizzie is getting up to. And I find this morbidly amusing - I wonder what went down the day she attacked a guard.

They got the judgement. eesh will probably never get the case back to trial and even if he does lizzie being in jail probably doesn't mean anything one way or another. Before she was put away, Monique was a very, very bad girl. She did a number of bad things she hasn't yet been charged with. If Mo decides to switch sides she could very easily implicate William Moreno as an accomplice in some of her crimes, resulting in criminal charges for him.

The $1.4 million judgment is far from secure. Even if eesh does not manage to get it set aside, he can still file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. At that point if the Morenos still want their money, they will essentially have to go through the previous trial over again with a different standard of proof.

Monique does have a habit of switching sides, so the Moronos could take a gamble and forego assisting with her defense in favor of tossing her a pack of skittles when the time comes.

IDK why lizzie's mugshots never got put out there. lizzie's must recent dust up was a JDR so maybe the mugshots weren't made public. But her latest dust up was in Fairfax so maybe it's online.

Out of curiosity, and as someone who has no experience with the criminal justice system, I have to assume that Monique's antics of the past year and associated criminal record have pretty much destroyed any hope that she may have had of any sort of employment and, therefore, what most people would consider a meaningful, reasonably self-sufficient life. I can't stand the woman, but it's incredibly sad to think that someone's life could effectively be over at the age of 26.

I would imagine that a lot of folks, including eesh, miz, miz's family, lizzie's family, kris kankles, curley, katie, TJ, and who TF knows else, are going to avail themselves of lizzie's extended incarceration period to change their identities, leave town, or take whatever measures might be necessary to make themselves unlocatable by her.

Not necessary. If lizzie bothers anyone when she gets out, she will be going back for a long time.
