How do we know this is true? Though, it wouldn't be surprising. She's skated by way too many times now…I can see the courts finally cracking down on her this time. for her sake I hope that's bullshit BUT if it's true, she'll be in jail for years, not months. I've never been to prison but from everything I've seen, from the shitty food to the 4 am wakeup time it sounds like fucking hell.

How do you order illegal prescription drugs from overseas? If they're illegal (presumably meaning without a prescription), then why are they allowed to be advertised on the Internet? Isn't there some kind of national or international oversight on this?
This probably sounds incredibly naive, but I'm really curious. This would seem to mean that anybody can order anything from pretty much anywhere online and get away with it unless they commit some other crime that brings it to the attention of law enforcement. Sounds like a massive loophole in the drug control laws.

American senior citizens travel into Canada to get their prescriptions filled all the time, because it's cheaper. Although, this is not criminally illegal by DEA laws, sometimes the drugs are generics that are not FDA approved and it isn't legal by FDA regulations. However, as long as the retirees aren't selling them and it's only a personal amount, the DEA and the Federal govt don't really give a shit. Now, if you order a controlled substance, be it prescription or research chemical/designer drug from China, then the DEA can and will get your ass, once the postal customs reports your package.
