How do we know this is true? Though, it wouldn't be surprising. She's skated by way too many times now…I can see the courts finally cracking down on her this time. A long stint in jail would probably do her some good. So far she's only gotten slaps on the wrist, which more than anything have probably only emboldened her and led her to think she can worm her way out of anything. She obviously needs a wake-up call. Amazing how she's had so many already and STILL hasn't gotten it. She's learned NOTHING. Lock her up for 6 months to a year. Maybe she'll be scared straight.

Packages arrived, paper trail left on tablet. Packages and devices turned over to police.

Do the police have that Galaxy Tab A that she used to stalk and harass people on here?

If not, better destroy it quick.

for her sake I hope that's bullshit BUT if it's true, she'll be in jail for years, not months. I've never been to prison but from everything I've seen, from the shitty food to the 4 am wakeup time it sounds like fucking hell.

Gotta wonder if she really is just mentally ill, they threw 30 punk at her the last time and she still came back arrogant and ready to do some more crazy shit. Doesn't make any sense.

The tablet and other devices are safe and sound and no longer password-protected, in the hands of the Fairfax City Police. The browser history showing an illegal order of prescription drugs from overseas is with them, as are the actual drugs.

It would be cool if he could be implicated. He could serve some time in the same jail.

How do you order illegal prescription drugs from overseas? If they're illegal (presumably meaning without a prescription), then why are they allowed to be advertised on the Internet? Isn't there some kind of national or international oversight on this?

This probably sounds incredibly naive, but I'm really curious. This would seem to mean that anybody can order anything from pretty much anywhere online and get away with it unless they commit some other crime that brings it to the attention of law enforcement. Sounds like a massive loophole in the drug control laws.

American senior citizens travel into Canada to get their prescriptions filled all the time, because it's cheaper. Although, this is not criminally illegal by DEA laws, sometimes the drugs are generics that are not FDA approved and it isn't legal by FDA regulations. However, as long as the retirees aren't selling them and it's only a personal amount, the DEA and the Federal govt don't really give a shit. Now, if you order a controlled substance, be it prescription or research chemical/designer drug from China, then the DEA can and will get your ass, once the postal customs reports your package.
