The civil lawsuit was dead in the water from the outset. No ethical attorney would have taken it. The Leiser firm, however will continue to string the Moronos along and milk them for every dime they can.

Watching the Moronos get taken to the cleaners is one of the more appealing aspects of the whole affair.

The morono's next step is probably to drop their action against eesh, and go after lizzie for assaulting miz. Hell, eesh never physically harmed miz.

It's actually interesting - of the Fantastic Four, eesh is the least violent by far.

Eesh isn't innocent in this. He's a cyberstalker posing personal information. That is never ever ok.

And lizzie didn't attack miz. Miz was actually sexually touching her in her sleep. They will bring it up at court. Lizzie may stay in jail for a bit but miz will be charged soon when truth comes out
