Hominy is like mushy rehydrated corn. It looks sort of gross but it doesn't taste bad, it tastes like chunky grits or cereal. you could probably bake it into a loaf of cornbread but it probably won't be as sweet as regular cornbread and you'd have to add something to make it all stick together.

I think a batch of 100 LPs costs about $500.
