sentences stay suspended only with good behavior.
good behavior means not getting charged with a new crime.
simply getting charged means you have to go to jail for the suspended time.
don't even need a guilty verdict for the new crime, just the charge.
---> a person with a 365 day suspended sentence until 2018 really has a lot of weight on his shoulders. <---
so many ways to get charged with computer harassment or making false statements to an investigator
use magistracy in a sentence
use fresh, batch and perjury in a paragraph
