Think healthcare is an emotional issue..just wait. In the fall a number of events will occur to bring the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to the forefront. There will be military calls for majot troop increases in Afghanistan...deaths and injuries will be up.

A truly unholy alliance will rise up to oppose the wars....the radical right who will refuse to support Obama's War and the Democratic left...of which I am one. If getting the troops out...means the further demise of Obama...so be it.

so the polls go from 60% to 49% approval ratings and you think Obama has utterly failed? Bush operated for years with horribly low approval ratings. Can Obama get through office with only 49% approval? YES HE CAN!

Oh..I agree...I cant imagine a 3rd party or the republican party offering me a viable option...so he will undoubtedly have my vote. I just want our troops home no matter what!

Our troops dont need to come home no matter what. They need strong leadership with clear goals and to accomplish at least 75% of those goals before returning home. That is what the military requires of its leaders and not bumbling policy from the government. The POTUS is the commander in chief. Granted by the constitution. Perhaps reliable leadership from the warzone to the Obama would be needed.

No..because I disagree. The war is draining this country...we need to get new heroes..not just the military...doctors..lawyers...factory workers. Having only military heroes isnt healthy.
