eesh found guilty on both charges. Set to do 10 days. Screen shots inside.
Posted by: FFXU Reporter ()

Looks like the judge suspended 350 days for each conviction, totaling 20 days in all. Because these are misdemeanors he will only serve half of that. Some small fines on top of that which he will of course not pay.

eesh latest trip to the booty house will be a relatively short one...

Why does the plea say "not guilty"? According to Moreno and company wasn't he pleading guilty?

He offered to plead guilty to a lesser offense and serve 10 days in jail. The CA knew this case was a slam dunk and told him to get fucked.

No plea was entered until today, which triggered the trial at which he was found guilty.

He will not go back with time served. If he has a ankle bracelet it will be removed and that will be the end of it. His appeal is all about keeping the conviction off his record. He will not get more time unless he gets new charges.

It may take some time, but if Eesh can get his shit together, he can piece back together some semblance of a life. He will probably be able to get a mid level state government or municipal job and eek out an existence. Meanwhile, Monique and William will never amount to anything other than what they already are. an unmotivated, unemployable man child who will forever be dependent on his parents and the state for his maintanence and a two timing wiesel crack head who claims she has it made, and is happy and doesn't care about what we say on the underground, but still persistently posts.

No because the civil case allegations predate all this. Anything can happen in court, but the Morenos have a very weak case.

Even if they win the civil case, which they won't, the Moronos will never see a dime of it as Eesh has no money. They have blown over $100k on the Leisers and Eesh gets 10 days. I would say Essh wins!

That is for the civil case. There are no more criminal charges outstanding despite what the Moreno Crime Family claims.

The CA may have known that this case was a "slam dunk" but eesh certainly won in court today relative to expectations. He will likely be out on Tuesday at 12:01 AM after having served roughly 84 hours in jail.

They didn't go to trial before because the CA wanted 6 months and nothing less. eesh wanted 10 days and nothing more. eesh got what he wanted.

Moreno can talk all he wants about additional charges. Just like he went on and on about the child porn shit. I doubt anything will come of it. Moreno's 2 1/2 year war has resulted in eesh spending about 84 hour in jail.

Big deal they are not felony charges and won't mean shit. Moreno on the other hand has no future due to his posts about raping babies, hating our military, celebrating 911 and the list goes on and on. If I had to pick one I would much rather be Eesh.

I bet he serves out less than 10 days. No body won today, the only people getting fucked are us tax payers.

I always just assumed that if you were found guilty to however many days in jail that they took you in on the spot, like literally at the courtroom they take you into custody. Are you guys saying that he was found guilty and then just went home? How in the fuck does that work man.

I don't know if he was taken into custody or has to report to serve time at a later date. He's likely in custody now though. In this case (if he is in custody) an appeal won't stop him from serving time, as he will do no more than 10 days (and probably less than that) but it will get the conviction off of his record.

Normally if someone is on bond and convicted, they are allowed to remain free during the appeals process.

He's appealing and on his way home on bail until he violates again, whig he will. The appeal isn't like the revenge porn where he'd get off on a technicality. Basl stupidly admitted to waiting in the parking lot so he was found guilty and will be in the appeal and will serve his entire sentence.

As of now he's on very thin ice lol so that's that

You learn something new every day I guess, but that does make sense come to think about it. Can't get a solid attempt at an appeal in if you're behind bars right

Since eesh always intended to seek a de novo trial in Circuit Court following his conviction in General District Court, he probably already had all the paperwork ready to go, including his appeal bond.

Whatever mitigating circumstances got the judge to suspend 680 days of jail time will be a factor in the civil lawsuit.

That is 97% of the sentences...

The Moreno crime family should have dealt with their own problems instead of hiring a pack of scheisty lawyers to blame others
Of course, their 'star' witness was Lizzy
