ESET can't clean trojans?

Anyone here have issues with malware that can't be deleted? ESET only quarantines my browser hijackers, it doesn't delete them. I use Windows XP with Firefox...ideas?

i would abstain from the kiddie porn. the more time between when you used and your test the better off you will be. wait a minute im thinking of drug tests, what are you talking about?
