Not rape per se, but rather the right of Prima Nocta. Remember Braveheart? Obama and his nobles (staff) have the birth right to have sexual relations with a bride on her wedding night.

You see, Obama was born in the northern part of Kenya. Their rituals are completely different from the tribes in the southern part of Kenya.
If he were born in the southern part of Kenya, or in neighboring Uganda or Tanzania, he would rape them, eat their hearts, then allow his tribesmen to have sex with the corpse for 3 days before cooking their bodies for a big inter-tribal feast with neighboring tribes.
Thank God we elected a president who was born in NORTHERN Kenya!

and of course the reason that is in the health care bill is because that is the great "tribal cleansing" ritual that brings another year of good health for the entire tribe.
So every time Obama rapes a redneck's virgin daughter (those should be hard to find) the entire country gets another year of good health!
