But wouldn't that mean the hotel management and security staff would have to be complicit in the making of this video? I can't imagine a lot of fancy hotels that would say, "sure, go ahead and throw a tantrum in our lobby in front of our other guests. It'll be hilarious."
During the "coffee" portion, dude throws the coffee pots down, turns around, and starts walking away. Someone behind the desk says, "You might want to call security," but his voice doesn't get quieter. If the mic was on dude, wouldn't the voice have faded as he walked away?
When they start walking back slightly before that, when she says, "My computer is frozen," they do fade out, only to pick back up and get louder when the angle switches.
EDIT: In spacious hotel lobbies, people usually talk in lower tones because of how much it echoes, and I worked with a guy whose normal speaking voice was just below a shout.
I'm not trying to prove it's real, I just still can't decide for myself at this point. There's evidence supporting both.
