Bob Dylan was detained by police in Long Branch, N.J. last month, when a young officer failed to recognize him, police said. The officer proceeded to go to earnest lengths to ensure the hooded, disheveled, rain-soaked music legend was, in fact, who he said he was.

This is a national disgrace. Quick someone invite the cop and Bob Dylan to the white house for a beer stat.
Granted Dylan is quite old these days, I'm waiting for him to die and the Dylan tribute movie, ala Ray Charles and Johnny Cash.

When I was in high school Bob Dylan was staying at the same hotel I was. When he walked into the lobby, I went up to him to say "hi." He kept walking with his security guards, and said to me, clearly, "sorry, but after what happened to John Lennon,I can't stop." The article points out Mr. Dylan likes to hide his identity; Ive known why for years now.

LOL he was just checking out real estate in the rain in New Jersey. Sure plausible that a rock star would get bored as shit on tour and wander around at night in dark rainy night and look at houses for sale. Ive also read that he has a mountain bike and enjoys taking that out at rest stops in the middle of no where while the bus driver and touring band take a piss. He is a weird fucking dude.

There was one. And the part of Bob Dylan was played by 6 different people - including a black child and a skinny white woman. The actually needed about 6 more to do him justice.
