Who Is This Black Pastor At The RNC?
Posted by: Whoa. ()

This guy is completely unhinged. The RNC crowd loved him until he said something sympathetic to the black community. This rhetoric is awfully inflammatory - 'We will never let Hillary become President.' What is he implying?

Some weird black prosperity theology pastors or some shit. They believe in the dollar and fooling people into thinking they can make them rich. The same type of scammers that Trump is with Trump U.

Just some religious maniac to give Trumptards the impression that their party is the vanguard of diversity.

I really hope the Dems avoid these kinds of lunatic religious displays at their convention.

Why do Republicans keep insisting they need the evangelical vote when they always do more harm than good. You inevitably end up with idiots like this saying stupid shit. Why would he bring Jerry Falwell Jr. to the convention when everyone knows his father was a crook, a con man, a thief and an obvious fake.

That's something only a conservative would be concerned with.

The guy ranted- literally shouted out loud- for 5 minutes up there. He looked like a real idiot. Not sure how race is involved there, unless you're a racially-obsessed trumptard.

A large portion of the conservative electorate believes that Jesus talks to them and tells them who to vote for.

How about his claim to be the messiah?

There's not even evidence that Jesus actually existed, you can't prove he lied or didn't lie. It's an ancient fable.

Well the belief structure is directly correlated to much older beliefs that believed in the sun. It's why son and sun are the same word. The son of God is the sun in the sky that provides us with warmth and energy. The birth of the new son and the sun both occur on the winter solstace or Christmas. I'm not going to get into it but the story of Jesus is much older than when it was adopted in a different version with Christianity. Muslims believe in the whole Jesus story too. The only difference is they consider him a prophet.

I'm referring to the character in the story who lied all the time and whose whole life was a lie. The character Jesus was really just a politician and third rate magician that just managed to dupe a lot of the dummies in the time period and area. But not all were as easily conned.

The koran's version of the Jesus story also has him avoiding crucifixion by some mistaken identity and getting away. But it's pretty much a verbatim re-telling of the gospel; born in a manger to a virgin, sent by god to fulfill the messiah propheciy of the old testament, etc etc. They definitely don't think he was the son of god though.

The whole thing's sorta retarded when you think about it. obvious fiction.

Stupid. You start by stating that there is no evidence that Jesus actually existed (wrong but let's go with that). Then state therefore what He said can't be proven or disproved. Then state your opinion as a fact as if the crap you just posted somehow supports your opinion.

You got nothing

You're bound by your extremely narrow view of what is possible. The unknown is exponentially greater than the known. You don't even know a fraction of what is known. Reaching 'obvious' conclusions on such evidence only proves you don't have a clue about reason, logic, science and critical thinking. Your opinion is rendered useless.

You still have NOTHING. You seem so absolutely sure of yourself on this. You have at least one thing you can prove. All this can't be based on your own uninformed, corrupt opinions is it?

So science and critical thinking leads to the conclusion that the god Yahweh created the universe then got himself executed by the Romans so that humans could be alive after they died.

So reason, logic, science and critical thinking point directly to the silly stories of the bible making perfect sense? (see talking snake, Adam and Eve, Noahs Ark, etc...)

Let me dumb this down for you so you don't go spouting more nonsense. You know next to nothing about the nature of things in a vast universe. You know next to nothing about how everything came into being. You know nothing at all about whether or not there is a God. Calling people names who call you on how little you know about anything is what small-minded people with no other defense do. That and post lame memes as if that equates to science.

So, bottom line: you know pretty much nothing. You are small-minded. You have no defense or evidence to back up any statements you've made.

Q. Why should anyone care at all what your think when you can't back up any of it?

A. We shouldn't.

I don't know, but without even the slightest shred of evidence, why would I? The burden of proof falls on those making the claim that something exists and is an agent of change. Are you God?

What am I defending against? You're the one making the Claim that Jesus was/is the son of God without any proof to back it up.

Sorry you've been disappointed or hurt by Christians or people who claim to be Christians or Christianity.

Why look at people who are all imperfect?
Why not seek God directly?
Ask him to prove himself to you (not other humans to prove to you God is real .. that is just wasting your time).

What's god's email address? He seems to communicate with people all the time, although never in a way that can be documented.

^^^^^ This. Typical atheist, numbers is. Says with certitude that God doesn't exist or Jesus lied. When asked for proof, will only answer by asking for proof of God's existence/Jesus divinity. When provided with evidence (not proof), dismisses evidence as delusions or blind luck or misinterpretation of events and then tries to forget he was the one was asked to provide proof. Then posts lame memes and disappears. He appears to be in 8th grade.
