The man was literally laying down with his hands up explaining to the officers that he was unarmed and a caregiver for the autistic man next to him. Explains to the cops calmly that all the autistic man has in his hand is obviously a toy truck.
The cops shoot him while staging behind vehicles with his hands still up. He asks the cop why they shot him? One responds with an I don't know.

The entire event was captured on video, however the section of video where the actual shooting occurred was edited out before being given to the media.

I generally support the Police. I know they have a tough job and I appreciate the efforts of 99% of Police Officers. I am open to hearing an explanation. So far, I haven't heard a reasonable justification.
