William Moreno and TJ Sadler went to a children's clothing store where William had bored a peephole through a changing room. William told TJ to enter the changing stall and William pushed the door shut and locked it. William Robert Moreno then went home to his parent's house at 713 Riverview Ct, Sterling, VA 20164.

William's father Richard Moreno was out but his mother Sharon was home. He asked Sharon if she wanted to have anal sex and she declined. William became depressed and went to his bedroom to hide under the covers. When Richard returned home, the Morenos conferred with their attorneys at the Leiser Law firm. They decided to have TJ Sadler arrested to prevent him from testifying for eesh.
