Rasmussen is actually accurate if you drop the Republican 6 points. I have found it accurate that way.

In 2010 and 2012, Rasmussen Reports polls had a statistical bias toward Republicans. In 2012, Rasmussen overestimated Mr. Romney’s performance by about four percentage points, on average. An embarrassed Scott Rasmussen left the credibility starved company in 2013.

To this day, Real Clear Politics is very weary of using Rasmussen on its rolling average calculations. The biggest user of Rasmussen was Fox News, now Fox News does their own polling.
