A New Jersey elementary school called the police after a third-grade student made a comment about the brownies being served in class and another student called the remark “racist.”

A police officer from the Collingswood Police Department showed up at William P. Tatem Elementary School to question the boy, who is 9.

The boy’s mother, Stacy dos Santos, said the school’s response was a complete overreaction.

“He said they were talking about brownies. … Who exactly did he offend?” she told philly.com.

Police later contacted the boy’s father and referred the incident to the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency.

Ms. Dos Santos said her son was “traumatized.” She plans to send him to a different school in the fall.

I despise people who sue over everything, but it's time to start fighting back against progressive liberal tyranny; the family should sue the school, and the kid that reported his feelings being hurt.

There should be a requirement in order to vote, like being a land owner. That way only folks who are paying taxes (real taxes) are allowed to controll what happens with their money, not a bunch of welfare queens and low-life liberals who want a modern Sodom and Gomorrah.

The problem is that the amount of taxes paid by families in a rental property is often disproportionate to the services those families consume.

A family of seven which includes 3 adults and 4 children living in a three-bedroom townhouse valued at $350,000 pays $3,815 per year in property taxes. However, in school services alone, they're consuming $54,256 per year.

The cops should never be called in such a situation. If anything the teacher should have dealt with or pet the kids work it out.

Do you really think that teachers - or anyone, for that matter - want to call the cops for this kind of ridiculous shit? Someone told them to do it. A real newspaper would have looked into who that was and why this directive was issued. Plus, of course, they would have done some actual reporting regarding this story. If you are changing your vote on the basis of a half assed non story, then you deserve what you get - Trump.

So, you see, we really have no idea, yet, what was said about the brownies and a certain race, do we?

So, without knowing what was said about the brownies, how can anyone have any sort of opinion based on logic of the appropriateness of the way it was handled?
