So, if Mr. Basl is claiming that the Moreno family also tried having lizzie arrested for her actions the same day Mr. Basl was arrested it proves that they were both engaged in illegal activity directed towards the Moreno family but only Mr. Basl was arrested because he has a protective order against him and violated it along with lizzie.
Or, he is lying which proves he is a liar and still engaged in illegal activity and either way, lizzie was there and can testify to her and Mr. Basl's actions.

And hanging around parking lots and just so happen to leave when petitioners leave and somehow ending up directly behind their car, blowing a horn and swerving in front of their car is just suspicious all on its own.

This next loss in Fairfax will probably be the Moreno FAIL that drives William over the edge (again).
Everything about that family screams LOSERS.
Notice too that everything No Moe Wells touches turns to shiite. She was buddy buddy with Basl and he get's busted and goes to jail. She then tries to help Morenos and they lose in Loudoun.

eesh won fair and square, face the fact that he pulverized the Morenos, he took them down from their "high horse". Get on and leave this history behind, Mrs. Moreno will likely forget all and go on with her life, possibly get William a job with the CIA where she is a big shot. This isn't for the prosecution, it's attorneys for the protective order hearing. Not the protective order violations.
