Yes he has 30 days to pay but when he dosent then a judgment is ordered by the court. He is judgment proof anyway but it's good for 20 years and if and when he gets a job...laughing.. They can attach the wages plus interest.

In order to appeal a civil judgement against him he has to post a cash bond in the amount of the judgement. I highly doubt he has $4,000 to do that and I'm certain he hasn't told dear old dad about this judgement or the other two civil law suits that are pending against him.
