A wild Saturday night

So 9:30 at night and I just ripped out my kitchen cabinets. I'll put the new ones in tomorrow.
How is everyone else spending their evening??

Are you putting in new cabinets, or just the doors? How challenging is it? Mine are old and crappy.

I half painted a room today but need a smaller roller to finish the job. Went to some joint at Ballston Mall next to Rock Bottom for a few beers and some nibbles with an old friend of mine. The Marlboro Man gave me a free zippo...

I used to do that stuff. I have professionals do it now because I always did a half-assed job at it.

I had to strip and wax the floor in the cafeteria. And do more mopping-related stuff.

Well I am going to advertise myself.
I have a handyman business. I'm licensed, bonded, and insured. Also a member of the BBB. And I speak English

I took the kids today, too. My oldest said, "It was the best Disney movie I've ever seen." I felt like smacking him upside the head.

In cases like that I say, "You snooze, you lose."

When Ice Age 2 came out, I had the joy of sitting through it three different times in about two weeks (a couple of birthdays came up and we didn't want to be rude).

Is it wrong that you're making me appreciate the fact that as of yet, I don't have kids? lol.

Yeah, it's actually a decent place to hang out as far as mall-bars go, but I like Bailey's (on the other side of the mall) better. It's bit grimy and smoky but can be quite the noisy party place at times.

Enjoy it while you can.

Kids are great. It's just that you have no personal life for about 20 years.
