i was cut off by another asian woman who looked clueless and also was aggressively driving on the weekend

first was wishing to go into the wrong lane (the far one, illegally) though didn't even have right of way to enter the intersection

then speeds up and cuts me off to get into her far lane and breaks, presenting a danger to me

also: a different one turned on red though i was 1/2 through the intersection had to break in the intersection same day

asian women driving asian cards have a nack for intently creating danger to others

a poor court system which isn't designed to educate and convince her that she cannot continue her actions

a court system which is designed to stealthily rack up fines and then seize vehicles and other property rights (the goal: auto theft)

all of the listing are only charges of actions witness, they do not indicate she actually did any of them (ie speeding when? when there were no cars in sight?)

also they are also all "tort" which are civil fines and do not indicate any danger was present HOWEVER

AGGRESSIVE DRIVING - is not part of that, that's clearly a charge that she used the vehicle intently in a manner which she knew could be injurous (or very expensive accident $$$) to others. that is Not a tort - that's a legal charge - and is really a separate matter although the GDC has no way of indicating that is so on their "computer system".

being drunk in public is a tort and is "against the law"

but it's often done without any harm to any person

which is why it's called a "tort" law. it's a "shame on you" fine situation.
