Solar Eclipse today?

i read on my calendar that there was supposed to be a solar eclipse today at 2:35 U.T. i realized i have no idea what the fuck U.T. is. i know its an abbreviation for Utah, and any university of "t". i was just curios if anyone else heard about this? am i too late?

It wasn't visible in the western hemisphere.

UT is the same thing as Greenwich Mean Time.
