Im guessing the "nurses" dont eat off the menu. Especially the one second from the left. YUMMY! Or if they do they purge in the bathroom during a smoke break.

you can order the IV as a side dish or you can also order the 1/4 stick or double stick of butter enema. but thats not on the menu, you just have to ask nicely
