As an attorney, you are supposed to develop a specialty in some area of the law...

...but when you advertise yourself as handling DUIs, criminal defense, civil cases, child custody, bankruptcy, medical malpractice, personal injury, traffic defense, and divorce, you can't get any experience in one area. You just look like someone that takes any case that comes his way.

Would center around stalking, libel, revenge porn, theft of computer services, petty vandalism, trespassing, and public defecation. With I suppose the occasional DUI and possession case thrown in. This would be a busy practice, but not a lucrative one.

How is that important?

It isn't like Meade Skelton or Grandpappy Mcmillan whose dicks seem to get them into all kind of trouble.

I checked out that attorney named David Trinnes. He graduated from Valparaiso University Law School, one of the lowest ranked law schools in the nation. Is that why he went to work at the Leiser Law Firm...nobody else would hire him?

The Morenos don't need high-quality attorneys, and certainly couldn't afford them anyway.

One of the funniest moments was the phone conversation posted here between David Trinnes, Sharon Moreno, and TJ Sadler. When David introduced himself, I was waiting for TJ to say "Oh yeah you're that faggot lawyer who licks penis outlines off other dude's stomachs".

I’ve said it before; you can no longer be a generalist as an attorney.
The way the laws changes on an almost daily basis, keeping up with every area of law is almost impossible.

Being a “Front Door Attorney” , an attorney who will take any case that walks into the front door of their office, also creates a marketing nightmare.

Actually some of the highest paid attorneys are generalists who take all kinds of litigation.
