Basl is guilty as sin
Posted by: Eyewitnesses ()
Date: March 13, 2016 08:58PM

Eye witness testimony from an office at eye level of where the crimes occured placed you at the scene pacing back and forth in the parking lot waiting for over an hour for the victims to come out of their meeting and chase them down in your car and scare them with your horn. Your "african american" accomplice took pictures and re-entered the bulding several times during the hour. You chased the victims on the roadway and used your horn again to scare them and then veered off an exit when they attempted to get your license plate.

An "eyewitness in an office at eye level" saw them in the office and then driving down the road and then at an exit? That witness must have some super vision to be able to see the Interstate and exits from an office.

Yes, Moreno is talking about his attorney, Phillip Leiser, who testified before the magistrate (there was no police investigation) that he witnessed eesh and lizzie stalking the Morenos.

Thanks to Moreno not being able to control himself on the keyboard, we now know that Leiser claims that his office faces the parking lot where eesh and lizzie were parked.

Interestingly, the witness is the principal of the same law firm that sends fraudulent bills and conspired with Sharon Moreno to illegally and fraudulently obtain money from a witness.

The witness, married-with-children Phillip Leiser, was also a member of the cheating website Ashley Madison.

So here we have the attorney for the client who he is bilking for thousands of dollars for a tenuous lawsuit, who is known to have engaged in illegal fraudulent billing against a witness for the defendant, and who cheats on his own wife,-- this attorney has now "conveniently" used his superhuman vision to observe out a window and become a witness for his own client. Sure, this sounds real legit.

Don't be so sure of that. There are plenty of people who are not fans of the Leisers. They have sued more than one of their clients, and they and have a history with this website for another matter unrelated to miz/eesh/lizzie.

Plenty of eesh logged in posts making fun of Liesers and their personal life. The old case was a long long time ago, it's pretty obvious to anyone that all the current anti Leiser spam is coming from Lizzie/Eesh and probably caan.

Phillip Leiser is not an impartial witness. For the reasons cited above as well as his previous lawsuits involving this website, and the fact he is currently being "harassed" here--like this, for example.

....Actually if all the anti-Leiser spam was coming from the defendant and his cohorts, wouldn't that affect Leiser's credibility as a witness against them?

If someone is calling you a low-life bottom feeding shyster, how would you feel about them? If that person was asking about getting some of your wife's "jew poon", and publicly outing you as a cuckold by posting your wife's solicitation for sex partners on Craigslist,...

...wouldn't a reasonable person think you might have a vested interest in seeing the culprit prosecuted?

Just saying....

Do you think the court will believe two people who have two year protective orders against them who are accused of stalking more than just the Morenos?

Your also assuming there isn't video footage of Basl speeding away after laying on his horn while following the victims from his white truck or people who witnessed Monique taking pictures that later appeared here. There's also the case of them going to the victim's house to stalk him at 1 in the morning.

Eesh/Lizzie aren't accused of stalking anyone else, and did not even "stalk" the Morenos for that matter. The Morenos are themselves accused of stalking and were caught doing so on security camera.

You are assuming that Basl was in a white truck. Even if he was, and if that was his white truck, there is nothing wrong with driving a white truck on public roads, and it represents neither stalking nor violation of a protective order.

On the other hand, if the Morenos were taking video of eesh simply driving his truck on public roads, that could be construed as more stalking by the Morenos.

Basl left the office an hour before the victims did. What other explanation is there for being in the parking lot and leaving at the same time as the victims if not to stalk them?

If the victims were making anything up don't you think they would have said something a bit more than he blew his horn at them? Maybe threatened them or something more damning?

It's a violation whether you agree with it or not Basl violated the protective order by blowing his horn and can't lie his way out of it. He hired a lawyer because he knows he is guilty. It's a simple yes or no question that will put him away.

No, it's not. Blowing a horn is not a violation. Furthermore there were many cars in the parking lot and on the road. How could they be certain that the sound came from eesh's vehicle? The Morenos have shown a tendency to attribute everything that happens to them to eesh, and hearing a horn would fit the same pattern.

The Miz has video of his father chasing eesh on the road. Video of eesh driving on a plublic road in front of the Miz family is a clear violation of a protective order.

It made Miz afraid for his life. He once attempted suicide because a tractor trailer blew the horn while Miz was driving on the left lane of 66 west.

If it stimulated Miz's PTSD, it is a crime.

Basl or Mo keeps incriminating themselves. Little does Mo know she's already done that several times this week while trying to play down the crimes she and Basl continue to commit. She's looking at many multiple new charges very soon herself.

Miz can't drive and his mother had a sore ass due to buggery by her son the night before. Richard always drives. William has a tendency to beat up the family vehicles.

Speaking of that, part of Moreno's conditions in his deferred disposition in his domestic abuse case is that he IS BANNED FROM HIS PARENT'S HOME. In addition, the police have searched his apartment several times for any weapons, including knives.

Hi Mo. Your second trespassing charge is in the works. That will activate a probation violation which will start your three year suspended sentence. Have a great week!

Megan told the Miz that, so it is definitely true.

William Moreno has been banned from this site and is legally prohibited from accessing the Fairfax Underground service. If he sees and reports something here he is incriminating himself for theft of computer services.

Communicating any information obtained here to his attorney would constitute admission to a crime. If Phillip Leiser uses any such evidence obtained in the commission of a crime he himself could be judged complicit and subject to disciplinary and legal action.

Just wondered, if he is banned from his parents home why are the lights always out at his apartment? Is he staying somewhere else?

The Morenos are shopping around for the most gullible magistrate. Loudoun hasn't listened to them since mid-2015, so Fairfax is their last hope.

sometimes William and Sharon Moreno get caught up in their anal sex encounters and lose all track of time, neglecting their other responsibilities like persecuting random innocent people from the Internet who they feel have "wronged" them.

What a stupid question.

Why the hell were the Moreno's still in the building for over an hour?

You're just pissed that it cost the Moreno's another $400 to discuss earlier events when it cost eesh and co. NOTHING to sit in a parking lot and talk for free.

It is all relevant. All the posts making fun of the Leisers, the photos of David Trinnes licking a penis outline on another man's chest, the original Ashley Madison posts outing Phillip Leiser's membership, and his wife Karen Leiser's Craigslist ad soliciting casual sex partners were all posted on this site, and generally attributed to eesh. They all can and will be introduced as evidence to show that Phillip Leiser and members of his firm are not impartial witnesses and have strong motivation to be biased against Basl.

Readers of Fairfax Underground will get more details of the payment arrangements for the Miz vs. Eesh civil suit when Leiser is asked how he stands to gain financially from his testimony.

Up until now these matters were confined to this site, but they will become public record when introduced into evidence. Members of the news media may be in attendance and fellow attorneys will be entertained at their colleague's expense. Karen may get increased interest in her dating profiles.

Regardless of the outcome for eesh, the Leisers reputation and livelihood will take a huge beating.

the one thing that confuses me is that eesh and lizzie and tj sadler were all out eating and making celebratory posts about how the deposition failed for the morangos so why would eesh violate the protective order if he won or whatever? sounds like the lawyer and morangos are mad about the outcome.

What an interesting concept.

I've never used my car horn to attract people to where I was.

I've always used it to repel idiots that are usually doing something stupid.

So you're saying blowing your horn to a Moreno is the same thing as pushing the start button on Wack-A-Mole?

I find it hard to believe Eesh did not do this. He was already caught stalking Moreno with lizzie at 2am and arrested. Sitting around for over an hour waiting for Moreno to come out of a building just to blow his horn sounds exactly like something simple little Eesh would do. Eesh should have not been waiting around for Moreno or driving by him at all if he thought Moreno would set him up to be arrested.

Interesting that Moreno himself claims sitting around for over an hour is not stalking. The difference is eesh had a reason to be where he was, and the Morenos did not.

Yep, he sure did.

He showed up at a legal conference where you were going to pressure a teenager into testifying against eesh by giving him a get out of jail free card only redeemable within the confines of your lawyers office.

Then you accused him of stalking you in the parking lot after the meeting.

How am I doing so far? All the phony suicide talk and attempts make sense now.

I don't know how you can live with yourself.
