In all fairness to Bushie-boy, you have to consider the expectations each has pertaining to their "moral conduct".

Bush's biggest supporters are sexually conflicted or sexually prudish religious extremists.

Obama's supporters want every woman to have an abortion by the age of 20. Well, okay, that's the Fox version. Obama's supporters are a bit more casual and enlightened when it comes to matters of sex.

Ah fuck it, Clinton got a blow job and is still popular. If you don't pose as a christian fundamentalist and rant against other people's sexual indiscretions, you can do whatever the fuck you want, sexually, and still maintain a political career. So I guess what I'm getting at is that this is a matter of hypocrisy. Obama's not a hypocrite for checking out that woman's ass. Bush was uncomfortable in the volleyball photo because he knew how his core base with their sexual repression would react to anything that appeared like enjoying slapping a woman on the ass.

BTW, how short IS Georgie? Both of those women are taller than him.

I'm pretty sure he's right. When he posted that comment it did jar a memory of hearing that years ago.

But that photo does make him look short. I was guesstimating that if the girl on the left stood up straight, she'd be slightly taller than GW. I was off by 4 inches, I guess.

GW is not standing up straight, either. You can sort of imagine if he were fully upright, he'd only be an inch or so shorter than the blonde.

Bush is taller than 5'10" I have met him on multiple occasions and have had my photo taken with him multiple times as well. I am 5'11 and he is slightly taller than me.

I just saw the video from which the still comes from... he was clearly not looking at the girl or he hid it well. We was looking down to help the lady behind him down the step. It's a funny photo but WAY out of context.

We all know what a slouch GW is.

This also could be a photo taken while they are walking toward the camera, so depending on what phase of a stride each are in, a tall person walking next to a slightly shorter person could appear to be about the same height.

Plus, George's more enthusiastic wave could make him lean a bit forward, while Mr. Happy's less enthusiastic wave (or maybe he is unable to raise his arms above his shoulders) kept him standing more upright.

I've got many photos where I look taller than a friend who is a few inches taller than me, and where I look shorter than a friend who is a few inches shorter than me.

You can really only go by an actual measurement, not some random photograph.
