The laptop was the downfall of the Morenos. After that, it shed light on how the Morenos were fabricating their story and lawsuit and making false claims against eesh like they did with Lizzie. Then she posted the pictures of them sitting outside her house, posted Moreno's embarrassing voicemails, texts, emails, private messages, pictures, and a bunch of other stuff that made them lose credibility and any sympathy that they may have had. Add the fact that Moreno himself was later arrested just showed the entire family's true colors.

William Moreno is the online troll he destroyed his family's life offline.

There was a Washington Post article last summer that while not totally sympathetic to the Morenos was far from impartial. It included several statements and allegations that were later proved untrue as well as outright lies.

One of the most damning pieces of evidence was an email from William Moreno admitting to his lawyer that he swatted himself, which correlated to his admission that he knew most of the allegations he had sworn to in his lawsuit were in fact untrue. The security camera footage that caught the Morenos red-handed stalking the home of their former witness was truly a golden moment. This winter found Sharon Moreno giving a statement to police that she could identify the voice of a prank caller, then reversing herself to claim it was someone else entirely.

Lots of interesting side bits including the the Morenos' married attorney being outed for belonging to Ashley Madison, and his wife and partner in the firm was caught placing ads for casual sex on Craigslist.

One of the weirdest and most awkward points in judicial history was the 100+ mile road trip of the entire Moreno clan, Monique, and a Washington Post reporter (so much for impartial press) to Richmond in order to harass and intimidate their adversary in a criminal case brought by Megan "Hambeast" Toohey who had been recruited and cajoled by William Moreno into filing charges for posting nude photos that she herself had posted previously.

Another interesting chapter was the Moreno attorneys conspiring with Sharon Moreno to illegally bill Monique for legal services she had never asked for nor agreed to pay for. That could have blown up much bigger if she had taken any action.

Now that the Washington Post article has been completely discredited and debunked, its time for a someone to write a good summary of the affair. The online troll who destroyed a family turned out to be the son, William Moreno himself.
