it's a preponderance of the evidence, not proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

then, once you violate a protective order (which you most certainly will, as you have no self control), you will be liable criminally.

so I would suggest you stop it now. sign the paper and don't make me waste my time on you in court. you intend to stalk me, you've stated this.

And you seem to think I care though, that's what's so fucking funny. You have NOTHING, period. I can PROVE that you and your mother are ABUSING the justice system because you're mad I outed you all and your fake lawsuit agianst eesh and how you all are lying and tried to have me arrested on false theft, bogus small claims suits, etc. You will NEVER win against me.

Seeing as how you would never get the order that's lolable but if you did of course I will, but you, like the last person who tried, will not have an actual evidence. So no, just like I wasn't held liable criminally for those, I won't for anything with you either! :)

Thanks for the $500 by the way.

No, I don't intend to stalk you, I don't care about you, you're not important to me at all, I wish you would take your own life though. I'm stating this right now.

I don't have the time, nor are you worth my freedom. Unlike you, I have a reason to wake up in the morning that doesn't invovled going to court or this website. I have a life, a job and a future.

This is your life, your job and your future and it's so sad but so funny, LOL!

Oh, you most certainly cared about Katie's "I'm scared of you papers". You couldn't control yourself then, you can't control yourself now. And hindsight 20/20, we all see your conspiracy theory bullshit was just that…bullshit. You were and still are a menace to that individual. You're a menace to anyone you've ever perceived as slighting you, even in the absolute most miniscule way. This is typical Borderline Personality behavior. You are unstable and violent and I will do everything I can to keep you away from my home and my family's home.

I don't give a god damn about you, whatsoever. What I do care about--in regards to you--is the possibility that you will return to stalk me, or my mother, or, worst case scenario, you finally go off the deep end and steal one of your mother's guns and come to mow one of us down. I see that as a possibility, you are that insane and malicious and unstable. Please sign the papers.

You, on the other hand wake up, go to sleep, breathe and eat: lizzie, tj, northman, eesh, vex.

Move on. Get a job. Get a life. Nobody is going to risk their freedom for you, besides you're bound to kill yourself soon anyway.

LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you feel that you've done something so terrible that I would risk my life and soul and freedom to "steal one of my mother's guns and come to mow one of you down" then I suggest you go call Bob, right now. Because you REALLY think you're important to me and you're not, at all and the fact that you sit here, while claming to be so scared of me, yet are clearly trying to provoke me and failing, shows who has the mental issues, who's unstable and I'm violent?

Let's not talk about your class 4 felony of malicous wounding against your father, William.

You have learned absolutely nothing. You went to jail for a month and only days after getting release went right back to criminal behavior. You've moved on from nothing. Little more than 3 weeks ago, you came of your own volition to lie in court for eesh. You went on a lying campaign to every cop and magistrate in Loudoun in the month of December. Is that 'moving on'?

I'd love to see you move on, for real. But I know better by now, that you will NEVER learn. So I will do what I can to protect myself from you. You're unstable and violent.

You can sit here all night and bring up, me, my court, my arrests, jails, girls, boys, men, women, but no matter what, at the end of the day..my life still goes on. Yours stays the same. And that is what's so beautiful.

YOU have to go to court. YOU *have* to minitor this website. You are depressed, suicidal, in therapy, have to pay out the ass for lawyers and are slowly killing your parents all because of this.

Oh..no I totally learned. I learned how to do things and not have it traced back to me, how to lie like everyone else and convince others that everyone else is crazy.

This is not me provoking you. This is me asking you to sign the no trespass papers that you had previously agreed to sign--in writing--after you were caught stalking me in December, and it's also me laying it out there as to why I perceive you as a very true threat, in some ways even more of a threat than eesh. I am very sternly reminding you of the legitimate reasons why your behavior ended up with you going to jail, and if you actually, sincerely, wish never to go back there, you would sign the paper that says you agree not to trespass on my or my parent's property and if you do you will be arrested. I am stating the obvious point that your refusal to sign indicates you intend to come back. You've stated as much in this very thread. I don't want to deal with you in court, I don't want to deal with you at all. I just want you to sign a piece of paper.

Nah. I'm not signing shit. I'll see you in court, buddy! :)

And "and it's also me laying it out there as to why I perceive you as a very true threat, in some ways even more of a threat than eesh."

That's really too bad for you. Seeing as how I have not done anything to YOU that would make YOU afraid for your life or get you granted a protective order. Just because some little bitch is, doesn't mean you're entitled to be too, lol

If you were so afraid of me you wouldn't be sitting here, right now, typing to me and you are trying to provoke me but you keep failing.

I have already told you why you have nothing to worry about, and yet you keep wanting to bitch and moan about shit when I've never threatend you, never done an overt act that would cause any reasonable person fear, etc etc

You got nothin.

December 1st, and about 70 screen shotted death threats or threats of violence, all under registered names which may be linked to you by a preponderance of the evidence. There is plenty. Stay away from me and my family, sign the paper. Also, you know I've told you myself in private conversation more than once that I'm afraid of you, because you are so unstable.

You've threatened me and my mother in particular. End this dialogue by agreeing never to set foot on our property or my apartment complex's property ever again. That is all you have to do. Agree not to stalk me again, or my family. Agree to that, please.

I'll state it in court.

I'm done entertaining you. My fault for attempting to reason with a fundamentally unreasonable person..

..but before I go, since according to your logic nothing you type can ever come back to you in real life, would you mind writing under your registered name that you lied to Magistrate Black in order to get that bogus emergency protective order?

Remember, it can't possibly come back to you in real life, can it? So you have nothing to worry about. It's just a joke. You lied, correct? To Magistrate Black?

If I was so unstable and unreasonable, I would had flipped out the moment I saw those emails of you telling your lawyers to sue me and my mom 'because we have money and can pay a judgement and eesh can't"

Yet, I continued to be nice to you, cared for you, cooked for you and even gave you a temple massage when you had a migraine and had let all of that go until you decided to message Vex for no reason and start a bunch of trouble for nothing, as usual.

So, let's not talk about me not learning. You're the one who hasn't learned. And you can live with that.

Remember, this is your life, your lawsuit, your court dates, I'm just here for the laughs.

I'm afraid you're not hearing me…it is a foregone conclusion: all I have to do is say the word and he will charge you. I haven't done that, because I'm not into escalation. This is just a reminder--you lied to the wrong motherfucker, monique (the magistrate, not me); and the next person you try to do something like that to (getting a bogus epo out of spite on someone) might not be as much of a pacifist as I am, and may well take up an offer like that from a pissed off magistrate. I'm not going to do jack or shit about the situation. I'm leaving it alone. You're not worth the effort.

But I'm here to tell you, if I were as vindictive as you are, you would probably be in jail right now. You narrowly escaped that without even knowing it. Stop playing with fire and leave me, and all of this, behind. You're going to end up behind bars at some point if you don't.

Sign the paper agreeing not to trespass or stalk me again please.

now, goodbye.

Wait, did Pedo just break a restraining order? Or is someone pretending to be him?

William, if this is you I'd quit now. Think you have problems now? You wouldn't survive jail much less prison

I've made what I want abundantly clear: for you to sign the no trespass papers that say you will be arrested should you ever be caught on the property of my apartment complex again, or on my parent's property. I don't know why this is an issue for you, unless you intend to come back.

I think you are a deceitful, conniving, backstabbing, manipulative, pathological waste of time. If you're implying I care about you in any way, get that out of your head…it didn't fly in court, and it won't fly anywhere else in the real world if you ever come near me again. I've made my feelings about you very well known.

And, I still have all of our texts going back to mid-November. I have the whole story, not the misrepresentation of the truth that you swore to under oath to get that venomous epo on me. I am not like you. I will let things go as long as you quit causing me trouble. So please do just that. You should not have gotten yourself on the bad side of a chief magistrate. Lucky for you, as long as you stay far away from me and stop lying to police and magistrates and judges to cause me trouble (AND stop spewing your filth about me on this site), it won't matter.

Walk away.

William Moreno was banned from this site and does not have permission to access or post here. Doing so is a crime. But that's small change for a baby rapist.

§ 18.2-152.6
Theft of computer services; penalties.

Any person who willfully obtains computer services without authority is guilty of the crime of theft of computer services, which shall be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor. If the theft of computer services is valued at $2,500 or more, he is guilty of a Class 6 felony.

So many edits.

The lie, by the way, (the big one, at least) was "we drove to William's apartment to discuss the problems we have all been having with each other".

I don't recall sending out RSVP's that night for a big "let's hug it out, bitch" session. I'm glad that little fiction was debunked in court, then. I'm also thankful for transcripts where the first question out of the gate was answered with a provable lie, which naturally suggests the rest (including the hugging it out bit) was also a lie. Also odd that you both were coming over to rekindle some sort of romance between you and me (as your story went), considering the last communication I had with you prior to the stalking was me calling you a con artist. Also, I have no idea what you showed the cops…you must have pulled up old texts with no date or timestamp of any kind and they must have just assumed those were recent. But that's how the stalking fell through--you lied to the police, they compared notes and your muddying of the waters was enough to get the warrant axed.

I'm leaving it alone, honestly, either way. But please cut it out now and sign the no trespass papers. And no more filth by you regarding me or my family on here…starting now. I have the mutant ability to debunk that whole epo cock and bull story, believe me. I am afraid of you, I've said it before, I think you're very much capable of violence and combine severe mental illness with easy access to firearms, yes, you scare the shit out of me. I only hoped to reason with you here tonight, but I suppose that was pointless and naive on my part.

I'm honestly really flattered with how much thought you have put into all of this. I'm sorry but I didn't realize how serious or significant any of this or that was to you, because quite frankly, it meant nothing to me and I really don't care or think or dwell upon any of that like you seem to be.

My life will still go on, no matter how bitter and angry or depressed and miserable you are because of it. You dug yourself into this hole and I'm not going to be punished for any of it, this is your living hell and nightmare.

I woke up a long time ago. I get to walk away when I'm fed up, you don't and that's what makes you so angry! You get to spend another year in court, dealing with all of this.

I get my license back next Monday. I'm as free as a bird now...and this bird you cannot chaaangeeeee!

I already told you that I have no intentions on doing anything to you that's illegal or that's going to risk my freedom. Trust me when I say it's not *me* you should be worried about, at all. There are plenty of others out there who know who you are, what you are, where you live, where your parents live, what you look like and what you drive.

So, here you go. You have my word. *I* won't be doing anything to cause you any harm, or get arrested for, lol. Too bad for you that the same can't be said about anyone else though...

Go on ahead and send your paid process server, whatever you need to do to have peace of mind...from me! ;)

You should stop threatening to send your lowlife friends out to break my legs, and I'll tell you why. Listen carefully, because I'm only going to say this once:

I will take the magistrate up on his offer to charge you if you make any further moves against me or my family, or continue to make threats of physical violence like the one above. That means sign those papers, do not stalk me again, do not lie to every magistrate you can find who will entertain your fiction in hopes of having false charges levied against me; and it even means if I ever see you type my name or anyone in my family's name on the internet again, it's off to the magistrate I go. Do not make me do that. Because I honestly don't want to. If I wanted to do it, I wouldn't have told you about it. I would rather defuse the situation and give you fair notice.

you are now fully informed of the consequences of your actions going forward. I have tried to settle a situation with you here, so don't say I haven't made an effort to avoid making things ugly.

you ought to pretend I don't exist, starting today. Your vulgar, harassing, threatening commentary ends as of now. You don't type my name again or anyone in my family's name. It wouldn't be a good idea to test me on this.

Look I don't even know who the hell you are, so how could I possibly be threatening some anonymous poster on the internet?

I never once threatened you or threatened to send anyone anywhere. I'm talking about the many people on this site who aren't me who want to see harm befall you.

And have you seriously been awake all of this time, waiting for me to reply? Good god dude, lol. Get a life. Get some sleep. You can take whatever you want wherever you want. I'm not threatening you.

I find it hilarious you think you're gonna take some non threatening posts to some anonymous person who hasn't been named anywhere and think you're gonna do something. Hahahah. Okay. And anyway, I didn't lie to anyone so you can stop that too. If you were able to do anything you would have done it by now. You had no problems lying to cops and courts before so why wait now?

You assume I'm just like you and would jump at every chance to perpetuate this garbage, like you do. No, I have not tried, and that's why nothing has happened. You can't control yourself. I gave you fair warning. I'll see you in court, then, but not for any civil matter.

That sounds rather threatening. I know how you like to pull knives out on people, chase people with baseball bats and have an axe that you would probably use against me and are on felony probation for your class 4 attempted malicious wounding against your father. I am cowering away now. You win, I'm in fear for my life. You have already driven to my house unwelcome and are violent and unstable and suicidal and have nothing to lose or live for.

LMAO! Oh, really now? So is that why you called Fairfax police saying I stole your laptop and when they didn't believe you, you went to Loudoun police saying I stole your meds and $300 worth of clothes?

And when they didn't believe you, why your mom brought a small claims suit against me that was dismissed?

Or is that why you told cops my mom and I drove to your house and put voodoo on your car, or that I was swatting you? Or why you told your mom to tell my PO that I was usually illegal drugs in the hopes of having me arrested?

Mind you, that I have all of those emails in my procession.

I have also made it very clear I wouldn't be doing anything to anyone. Me, giving you a heads up and warning you that there are many people who don't like you or what you've done is not a threat. I'm just relaying some already very public information that's all over this board. LMAO!

You don't scare me. Your legal threats don't scare me. Cops don't scare me. Courts don't scare me. Jail doesn't scare me, as I have done nothing wrong. You can try to twist things anyway you like, it still isn't going to get you anywhere.

I know all about your obsessive, routine trips to the Fairfax magistrates. I know you have basically been blacklisted by the Fairfax magistrate's office. I know the chief magistrate in Fairfax is also chomping at the bit to take anything and everything anyone has on you, you've pissed him off that bad.

I'm done communicating with you now.

You see that makes no sense seeing as how I haven't gone to any Fairfax magistrate since you last went with me last summer.

And you can know whatever you'd like, it's too bad for "anyone" no one has anything on me, as I'm really not doing anything at all, lol. But let's not talk about Black listed...

You're the one, well..your parents, who are always in the magistrate's office bitching about eesh and I. LOL, your dad mostly, hell he was there on the day of court.

Yes, I'm aware of this 'bigger fish' of yours…I'm aware of your fevered, obsessed, routine magistrate visits over Katie. She did what she could to protect herself from you, I'm only doing the same. That doesn't equal wanting you in my life. You have two chief magistrates ready and willing to charge you for basically anything because of how you've acted and abused their office.

I'm going to re-send the papers, you will sign and return them. And that will be the end of it. I'm not going to pay a process server because I shouldn't have to. You are unreasonable and spiteful. Simply sign it. If you have no intention of stalking me again, you have nothing to fear.

And if you didn't want me in your life you wouldn't seek me out on this forum and enage any convestation with me. You've been saying for over 10 hours now that you were done talking to me and here you are.

OMG you're bragging because you make over $20,000 a year in the DC ahaaaahaha! Well you have fun with that hourly pay, rotating schedule, and mandated lunch breaks. You know the best thing about being a salaried worker is? I can take lunch whenever I want, not worry about losing money if I show up a few hours late, and not having to clock in. But that's cool just keep gloating about your first job making over $20,000 a year with a kid on the way.

And you also went to jail and are on probation, and your criminal record is also beyond fucked up, largely due to last year alone. So you're winning, right?

Yet you come voluntarily.

Anyway, I don't know if you're trying to convince me of something or if you're trying to convince yourself.

There's something right around the corner for you. Have fun. You won't be crowing much longer.

Yep. Indeed winning seeing as how all of that is in the past, over and behind me and hasn't hindered me from living my life or stopped me from getting a job or anything, the fact that I got away with far more than anyone even knows with that is what I get off on.

How's that not winning?

Yeah, I enjoy it. I get off on it, am aroused by it all.

I don't even know what you're talking about.

That's great. I can assure you that I don't give a fuck. You cannot even begin to fathom the amount of fucks that I can't reproduce. I'm not bothered by pieces of paper.

Bragging? Who's bragging? Do you even know what that word means? I think not. I was simply posting a fact. And what does in "the DC" even mean? Did you mean in the DMV or just DC? Because there are about 7 million people in the area who make less than $20,000 who do qualify for the low income tax credit...so..yeah. The fact that you feel the need to even compare yourself to me is rather comical. Not setting the bar very high are ya? lol @ getting your self worth from lunch breaks, hahahah! You are so, so very sad, kid.
