Thankfully just this year webmasters were given an important new tool to fight trolls who evade bans in Craigslist Inc. v. 3Taps Inc. which opened the door for suits against individuals who continue to consume resources of an online service provider after being explicitly banned as being in violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. A small number of promient trolls who have been repeatedly banned (of which "Mr. Misery", father of this thread's author is one) have been given explicit warnings that they are permanently banned from Fairfax Underground and any further attempts to read, post, or otherwise consume computing or network resources is in violation of the CFAA. Nevertheless these trolls predictably ignored my warnings and I'm currently exploring the best path towards maximum recourse and minimal recidivism.
I've been annoyed by that mis-quote since I first read the article; but was willing to let bygones be. However the incessant mis-quoting, especially by the family here mentioned, tipped my hand to air the truth; Mr. Jouvenal's reputation be damned.

Cary should just get a couple people or interns and have them do nothing but "delete" the posts from or about these four clowns (or other problem users, like Lamb Center Troll). Cut off their access that way, and eventually they'll get bored and leave. Once that happens, just keep a guy or gal around to keep the lawn trimmed, so to speak.

It's also interesting to note that the Washington Post article claims William Moreno was "accused of child rape", whereas in actual fact William Moreno personally admitted to child rape in no uncertain terms, more than once. Since Moreno's direct quotes admitting such didn't fit the writer's agenda, they were conveniently left out of the article.

Why did they agree to be interviewed by the Washington Post? Most plaintiffs in lawsuits want the issues to stay as private as possible, especially "victims" of harassment. Not only that, but why, with their personal appearance, did they want their pictures in the newspaper? Judging from the comments on many of the sites, people thought William was the troll the article was referencing. Just look at him, he looks like a sack of shit that inhabits a basement and only goes out for Dungeons and Dragons meetups.

The Moreno Crime Family themselves were -- and are -- responsible for more personal attacks than all others combined. The Morenos have harassed and defamed nearly a couple dozen people, many of whom had no prior quarrel whatsoever with the Morenos. The Moreno's personal attacks even extended to a young mother and her infant baby, to include posting numerous image collages of the girl. her baby, and a penis. Even now years later the Morenos continue to harass and provoke other targets in addition to eesh. Impersonation has often been practiced by the Moreno Crime Family against others.
The Morenos also did more stalking in the real world, and did it to more people. The Morenos' courhouse escapades are well-documented. They include piling into the family minivan for a 200+ mile mission to stalk eesh at the Megan trial, harassment and intimidation of several witnesses, and then Miz's gleeful boast from his registered jimmylegs username that eesh had no witnesses for his upcoming horn-honking appeal. The mother-son stalking expedition that Sharon Moreno and William made to Lizzie's family home is also well-documented and was caught by security cameras. Then there are the numerous midnight trespassing forays that the Morenos made into eesh's backyard. They even took selfies from within eesh's property line, and made live reports of what eesh was wearing while looking in the back window of eesh's home.

Richard allegedly made that post after his own crime family had been actively using the site as a springboard to harass and defame others. Richard himself even participated in a couple of the famous real world stalking expeditions.
