The stamps are because it needs to be like $9 to send you a certified letter, but they also added a prepaid stamp, so not sure why. That is not a big deal.

The property manager can send you an unnotarized no trespassing letter. If they are telling you that they wish you to not come to the property, they can for what ever reason they wish. It is not a public place, and it is just a way to tell you you are not welcome.

You don't have to have ever set foot on the property for an owner or manager to request you never come.

BUT here is where the went fruit loopy.

That is a printed web form! They filled it out, not the rental office. They could have filed it with the police by filling it out online, not by printing it.

And if the rental office sent it, it would have been addressed by them and had the letterhead of the management company.

I think the fact they are sending you nut-job papers like this, especially being a minor means they are stalking you, not the other way round.

I would keep the letter till after Christmas in a safe place just in case they come impersonating Santa to kidnap and rape you, and then after Christmas talk to a cop about the fact that you are worried about their mental health, and get a PO sworn out on them.
