It's like it came out of The Onion, but no, the demokrats are asking for Fannie and Freddie to go back to relaxed borrowing standards. I'd rather have governors flying off to mysterious south america trips than have our demokrat overlords put us back in a new credit mess.

Even though it's only for condos, it's that line of thinking that got us into this goddamned mess in the first place. I would say that Congress is nothing but a bunch of retards, but that's insulting to retards.
