Hello, I am a private investigator with NSMIS (NOVA Security Management and Investigations Service.) I have been hired by a private citizen to find a female in serious need of medical attention that could still be within Fairfax County.
This female suffers from dementia and schizophrenia and is incapable of surviving on her own. She is in her forties and was last seen near George Mason University spray painting "Spunky was here" on several campus buildings. She apparently has forgotten her legal name and responds only to "Spunky" or "Rod."
She is a known drug user and is considered at risk for using methamphetamines or hallucinogens such as peyote. If you have seen this woman, contact the authorities immediately and do not attempt communication with her. She believes she is the only survivor of a global disaster where clones of Elliot Segal have repopulated the Earth. She will resort to violence to defend herself against imagined enemies. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
