The Morenos are professional victims, doesn't matter if they have actual evidence or not.

Also does it matter if there are phone records or caller ID. Those are easy to defeat with VOIP now days. There are all sorts of fake phone number sites on the web to make phone calls from; Skype, RasCall, googlevoice, etc...

We are discussing a specific suit or suits filed by a family known as the "Moronos" which is rather fitting. The only thing that would make this one "easy" to win would be eesh representing himself. In my opinion the only question is what will the Moreno's actually be awarded.

Attorneys attach their costs to the judgement.

So it will be settlement + legal fees + court costs = judgement.
