When I read the news I am not surprised that more blacks are incarcerated than whites. Both commit crimes; however it appears the Blacks have a monopoly on the types of crime. I am not perplexed that there are more Blacks in prison at all.

Harsher, longer sentences for blacks than whites? Institutionalized assumption of guilt instead of innocence. Scapegoats for inept police work?

Take it from one that knows....
You don't want a female judge when you are the defendant and the complaining witness is a female, especially a histrionic one that cries her eyes out.
