Typical Democrat. Simply views hard working people as a stream of income for public coffers. Leave it to the Independent to fix things and look out for his fellow citizens. The guy was caught smoking crack while mayor, flagrantly fails to pay taxes, and drives drunk. All this and the guy is still the Ward 8 Councilman.
