Seen the movie. The trailer is misleading. The whole movie takes place in two locations. Either the carriage or a cabin for travelers. Only two locations. They ride the carriage to a cabin in a blizzard. Those are the only two locations and everything happens in the movie happens in those two locations. Must have been very cheap to produce.

But in the trailer they flip back and forth inside and outside like its different portions of the movie as it develops when they are actually moving forward and then backward again between the carriage and the cabin in the movie.

I enjoyed it though. The black Union officer brutal killer of racist Confederate treasonous "crackas" during the civil war played by Samuel L. Jackson was really satisfying.
