Yeah, nothing on the court site about a charge. I don't think Loudoun's ADC is a holding area for mental patients though; he must have committed some crime.

If that is indeed what happened, we don't know for sure, but I'm speculating that whoever was battered upon needed medical care, that is where the whole situation went snow balling. The doctor has an obligation to report a criminal "assault and battery".

I wonder how Sharon's getting called out by Cary coincides with Misery's arrest. Sharon must have been out of her fucking mind when she started bumping all those threads. So much so that Cary actually intervened, mass-moderated and even called her out by name. Cary has rarely ever done this.
This happened on the 20th. Misery was arrested on the 23rd.
Is it possible that the assault took place on the 20th or even 19th, shortly thereafter the victim was brought to the hospital and a few days later (10-23) misery was arrested and charged?
It sounds like a possible time line and it would explain Sharon's hysterical behavior just 3 days before her son was arrested...which was likely the result of events that Sharon would have had knowledge of a few days in advance.

JDR = Juvenile and domestic relations.
Per the Sheriff's deputy that I talked to, William Moreno was arrested for assault with malicious intent on a family member.
It's a class 3 felony.

Per the Sheriff's deputy that I talked to, William Moreno was arrested for assault with malicious intent on a family member.
It's a class 3 felony.

For one thing, someone that addicted to the internet should never have been chucked into a fucking mental institution in the first place. I mean go figure he snapped, never should have happened. See, he really is angry at eesh for ruining his life, and with good reason too, because he did. The problem, however, is that Miz can't take revenge on eesh. Not to say that he won't at some point, but just that he can't right now.
Maybe he's not creative enough, maybe deep down he fears eesh, but for whatever reason, he cant rest easy unless he feels like he's even. That's probably 90% of the reason behind the suit.
How this all relates to him assaulting a family member, you might be asking yourself? Think of his anger like a boiling pot of water without a lid on it.
That water(anger) at some point will boil over and scald anyone near him, friends, family, everyone and anyone he sees or meets, because all he can see within them is eesh.

See, he really is angry at eesh for ruining his life, and with good reason too, because he did. The problem, however, is that Miz can't take revenge on eesh. Not to say that he won't at some point, but just that he can't right now.
Maybe he's not creative enough, maybe deep down he fears eesh, but for whatever reason, he cant rest easy unless he feels like he's even. That's probably 90% of the reason behind the suit.
How this all relates to him assaulting a family member, you might be asking yourself? Think of his anger like a boiling pot of water without a lid on it.
That water(anger) at some point will boil over and scald anyone near him, friends, family, everyone and anyone he sees or meets, because all he can see within them is eesh.

I came accross a picture of this guy (William) on Youtube, not knowing who he was. He's so cute that I tried to find more about him. I have yet to read all the messages here but I'm afraid I'll be disappointed. I hope he did not commit a crime.

Most likely his felony malicious wounding charge will be reduced to regular misdemeanor assault in a plea agreement.

And for those who don't understand what malicious wounding is in Virginia - Malicious wounding means that the assault was inflicted with a weapon rather than just your hands. A weapon can mean any object, like a knife, gun, or most likely hitting someone with any object. I suppose it can also mean beating someone with your bare hands enough that their life is in danger, but I doubt that happened in this case.

It won't be getting dropped. The police pressed charges, not the parents. Sharon called the police hoping they would take him to the hospital. As luck would have it, they took him in because he had pulled a knife out on his father. It may be amended but he will now have a criminal record.
Morenos already gave a statement to the police and he also told me his version of the events, which is not public info. His dad and mom would be held in contempt if they don't show.
He was denied bail when he was first arrested and had to sit for 6 days. David from the Leiser firm did a bond motion, $2500.

With the assualt charge on him now- it won't be easy for him to get a job or an apartment now since EVERYONE background checks. Even walmart or the crappiest apartment complex. One look at it (and all these threads and posts about him)- they will drop him fast.
So he messed his own life up-- and now HAS to live with the parents that "abused" him since he obviously can't afford to live on his own with a decent paying job. Most apartments around here require you make 40-50k/year and without a job.... Wow.
Ok, back to lurking and reading...trying to catch up on all this drama...its like a soap opera here in OT!
