Yeah, you know what? I was in better shape in 2012 also. But, I'm not the same person I was in 2012. Things change. He changed. He sucks now. He can't pass. He can't stay in the pocket. He can't slide. He can't even run.
According to some stat site, if he never throws another completed pass for the Deadskins, he will have been paid nearly $31,000 for every pass he completed in 4 years.

RG3 is a fucking asshole and the Redskins and their fans got sold a pig in a poke with this shitbird.
They drafted him to run for yardage which would cause defenses to commit more players to the box and open up the coverage on his receivers. This is how he has played football his whole life. Then he got hurt. Admittedly, his coach sent him in when all of Burgundy and Gold nation could clearly see he was hurt. Admittedly, his coach was acting on the advice of the medical staff.
Then Bob3 hurts his ankle. And THEN he goes into Dan Snyder's office and says, "I'm not running THESE plays anymore (referring to 50-series, pistol and read-options plays. Plays that call for him to potentially run.) I will run if the throw isn't there to extend a play but, I want to become a pocket passer."
You can't change a nigger's spots, dawg...
He is what he is. He's been a running QB his whole life and now he wants to fight his running instincts and stand back there and throw. But, he can't because he doesn't have the mental capacity to read defensive formations and read coverages, find the open man and deliver the ball. He can't do it, people! 3 steps back...the ball MUST come out! 5 steps back...the ball MUST come out! RG3 can't run the offense that way. He can't do it!
Why has Peyton Manning played until he is 76 years old? Because the ball comes out! Peyton unloads the ball before the defense gets close enough to him to throw him for a sack and or injure him as we have seen Bob3 injured. What a novel idea! Throwing the ball away rather than taking the loss of yardage! Sliding properly to minimize the risk of injury.
I wish Robert all the best. In 8 days, prior to the start of the season, he will be playing for PHI, KC, BUF or NYJ. And he won't be starting with any of THOSE teams either...

Unless he agrees to modify the terms of his contract and get rid of that $16 mil salary for 2016, he wont be playing for anyone.

Yup! Totally!
And that will totally be on him. By the way, Bob3 is currently the 3rd string QB on this team.
So, what it really comes down to is...
Would you rather sit for the year (assuming Colt McCoy and Kirk Cousins stay healthy and are available to start or play) and earn $16M?
Or would you rather take less coin, move to a new town, get a fresh start and perhaps be given a chance to play? We will know exactly what kind of football player and man Bob3 is when that question gets answered. And that's totally his option...
He could modify his terms tonight and they could have him moved in 24-48 hours.
